At this time, it is our plan to hold a live event on Saturday, December 4. For those who prefer to participate virtually (run or walk when you want, where you want) we will also have a virtual option.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on the course but are welcome to attend as spectators.
Can I get a refund?
The Rotary Santa Run is a charitable fundraiser and entry fees are non-refundable.
Will the race be canceled for weather conditions?
No. The race will be held rain, snow, or shine.
Are the Santa suits included with the registration fee?
Yes, your registration fee includes a Santa suit that is yours to keep. In addition, the first 1,750 participants will receive a commemorative Santa Run Medal.
Can I pick up someone else's packet?
Yes, as long as you have their name or bib number (which we will be sending out), you can pick up someone else’s packet for them.
Can I try on my Santa suit at packet pick-up this year?
No, due to COVID-19 precautions, no try-ons will be allowed. Please note: the Santa suits run small so it’s best to get one size larger than you normally wear.
If I need a different size Santa suit, can I exchange the one I picked up?
No, due to COVID-19 precautions, no Santa suit exchanges will be allowed this year.
Can I sign up my child for the 5K instead of the reindeer race?
