A Virtual Run/Walk is basically like running a race with tons of other people…just not all at the same place. It can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the sidewalk, on the trail, or even on the treadmill. You get to run your own race at your own pace and time it yourself. There are no crowds, no waking up early to find a parking place and rushing to get to the start line on time, and no worrying about bad weather at race time.
